The BRM's Latest Injuries

The BRM's Latest Injuries

Post by Rooster on Mon Apr 07, 2014 11:01 am

This weekend my oafishness has caused minor inflictions only on BRMFCK

The Rad fan has stopped working, and upon diagnosis have found that to be the temp sensor, so no biggie.

Also, I have diagnosed the reason for BRMFCK's appetite for Left Boots. It seems the MasterCylinder seals are leaking, causing the brake to be very very spongy, and me to step on the pedal with some serious force.

I have gotten a quote on a new one of these also, so lets see.

$$$ Tally for the weekend? We shall see... Question

Eish sorry Rooster. I hope the tally won't be too high. Fortunately you will be able to labour it yourself, unlike me! If by the time we do the next ride your KDX and BRM are iffy, you can ride the CRF.

Lol, tx. The BRM takes a beating, because I ride it like I stole it. In a Toilet. At Oscar's house. Over a Rockgarden. Besides, The GreenMile is a tractor, and can withstand abuse of astronomic proportions, so shes good to go.

Its unlikely I will bring BRMFCK to Chestnut again - kinda like going to the Spar in a Lambo really. The cost does'nt justify it. Thats where Greenmile Shines  Laughing

We'll make turns. Lol. He'll have to keep an eye on me while on the family track anyway. I can't pick her up. She's twice my weight! Lol

Ah yes, rear mousse trashed. 2200 later - apparently they last up to 2 years if you oil them regularly... eek!
