Watched some of the video. Climbing over the tree! One day. The piece of advice which seems to be consistent is "you must be moving on the bike all of the time, shifting your weight, preparing the bike for whatever you see is ahead".

Lol. When your balancing on two wheels, momentum is your friend. I certainly have fallen off most often from sitting, and going too slowly.
The next most important thing ( And I can not possibly over emphasize this) is get your suspension set up right.
Every time I watch that clip I learn something new.
