SAG / Suspension adjustments Empty SAG / Suspension adjustments

Hi All,

I need to highlight the importance of Suspension set up - particularly setting rear SAG.

Unlike a car where you live mostly with what you have, an enduro bike needs to be set up fir your wight to be safe and perform well.

It is the single biggest performance enhancer you can add, and bet of all it is free

SAG is basically the amount of "give" in the shock at the rear that gets set up by "pre-loading" the rear spring, so please take a few moments to look at the below:

KTM 100 - 105 MM, KDX 90 MM.

http://www.werproducts.net/Suspension-Setup-Tips.html

There are other topics in there like Compression damping, and Rebound damping if your'e up for the read - but if you only do one thing, set the SAG right.

Gluck all!

I have no idea what this is. Won't more throttle just cure the problem?

It makes such a difference, stiffens the ride a bit but brings that extra level of control and stability
